CORDELE, GA (WALB) -

New murals are on display at the New murals are on display at the Georgia Veterans State Park museum in Cordele. museum in Cordele.

Local artists Marsha Mitchell and Cindi Edalgo contributed with civil war pieces to the museum. Organizers held a ribbon cutting Thursday evening to announce the new editions.

"The murals, our artists completed them in two weekends with unmatched talent," said Amanda Sayles. "They're awesome."

Tours are held at the museum. The park is open seven days a week, all you have to do is pay $5 for the parking pass.
