MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

Moultrie police are looking for thieves who stole a trailer near a healthcare facility.

They were caught on camera from surveillance video at Turning Point Hospital. It shows a vehicle pulling a trailer traveling West on West Boulevard Saturday morning before 3:00 a.m. The trailer was stolen from a nearby construction site. Police say they've seen an increase in trailer thefts and encourage owners to take precaution.

"The best thing to do is to go ahead and  lock it down and if you have anything valuable inside like tools or anything like that, go ahead and take the tools out and put it somewhere else," said Investigator Eric Hill with the Moultrie Police Department.

If you recognize the vehicle, investigators want you to call the Moultrie Police Department.
