Mom charged in baby's death

A mother charged with murdering her four month old Cook County boy in 2012 is behind bars, while the GBI is continues to investigate.

Investigators say Guadalupe Gonzalez-Zavala was currently living in Wimauma, Florida when she was arrested late last month in Adel.

Four month old Edward Gonzalez-Zavala was found at a home on Pine Avenue on December 22 2012, he was transported to a hospital in Macon where he was pronounced dead the next day.

Investigators have not said how he died. Guadalupe Gonzalez is charged with felony murder and second degree cruelty to a child.
