THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

Thomasville Police are reviewing that surveillance video, hoping it will lead them to the burglars. Thieves have broken into the store six times this year.

"We're asking anyone that recognizes any of the suspects on the video to give us a call, if you recognize their walk or anything, and hopefully that will help us to make an arrest," said Lt. Eric Hampton.

The owner of the business doesn't want to go on camera but says this isn't the first time that crooks have targeted his business and at this point he's really just fed up.

The burglars broke into the store around 2:00am on Tuesday. The first man is wearing a pair of Jordan tennis shoes, has on thick gloves and is carrying a blue bag. The second man is wearing a brown jacket and ripped jeans, with a V on his cap, he appears to panic and runs back out without grabbing anything.

"A lot of times when someone breaks into a business, the alarm is activated that does prevent them from taking a lot of items, we think that is what may have happened in this case," said Hampton.

The thieves only had time to grab one item before disappearing as quickly as they appeared but police are hoping that their brief cameo will be just enough for someone to see, recognize, and help them to remove these crooks from the streets.
