Hundreds graduate from Darton State College

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Darton State College held its spring commencement ceremony Thursday night.

More than 330 graduates received an Associate of Science, Associate of Arts, Associate of Applied Science degree or a certificate.

University System of Georgia Vice Chancellor Dr. Steven Wrigley was tonight's commencement speaker.

    Five new family medicine doctors will soon enter the workforce after spending three years of their residency here in Albany. Doctors Danielle Andrews, Sarah Codrea, Justin Lancaster, John Macon and Jennifer Yam graduated the Phoebe Family Medicine Residency program Saturday night at the Doublegate Country Club.
