TIFTON, GA (WALB) -

A Sylvester motorcycle club is raising money for cancer research.

The Unique Ryders Motorcycle Club held their fourth annual Cancer Awareness Ride for Relay for Life. About 75 people traveled along Highway 112 and I-75 from Sylvester to Tifton. The ride wrapped up at the Harley Davidson center.

"I experienced cancer through my sister and brother-in-law and it's just very important. I see the struggle they went through," said President Terrell Whidby.

"This is an opportunity for us to share with the community and the surrounding neighbors and other motorcycle clubs some of the things we actually do for the community," said Vice President David Sampson.

The ride ended with a cookout and they raffled off items donated by vendors and the Tifton Harley Davidson center.
