A high-speed chase involving multiple agencies has ended in a serious crash in Dougherty County.
It happened around 4:30 p.m. Friday. Officials said the crash happened near the intersection of Moultrie Road and Gibson Road, where the suspect vehicle flipped four times.
Georgia State Patrol said two men were in the vehicle.
Christy Grizzard, who owns the property where the car crashed and came to a stop, said authorities told her they believe the chase and crash are the result of a drug deal gone wrong, and found $10,000 inside the car.
There was no immediate word on the condition of the driver and a passenger, who were taken to Phoebe Memorial Hospital.
