ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Smash and grab burglars are caught on video at an East Albany package store.

Surveillance video from Ajax Liquors on East Broad Avenue shows four men with towels over their heads and socks on their hands smash the front door with a brick.

They grabbed nearly $4,500 in cash and liquor.

It was one of at least three smash and grab burglaries in Albany overnight.  "Assist the stores with probably improving security measures.  Probably doing some things a little bit differently to make their businesses a tougher target for would be criminals," said APD Corporal Brian Covington.

If you recognize these burglars, call CRIMESTOPPERS at 436 -TIPS.
