Albany teens indicted for murder

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Two Albany teenagers were indicted for murder and armed robbery charges, for the February shooting death of a woman outside her North Albany apartment.

18 year old Emory Jones and Dorion "Tye" Revills were indicted on six counts of murder, armed robbery, and gun charges.

Prosecutors say February 27 they robbed 31 year old "Kiki" Williams outside her Stuart Avenue apartment, and shot and killed her.

"The preliminary information indicates that Revills was the one that actually was the gunman.  But under the law anybody that is involved with a crime, as a party to the crime, is equally responsible,"  said Dougherty D.A. Greg Edwards.

Also indicted, Devone Williams, charged with aggravated assault.  Prosecutors say beat and sprayed lighter fluid on his pregnant wife and young children, threatening to set them on fire.

And Marcus Lovette, a former employee at the Albany RYDC, for child molestation.

Prosecutors say he texted a young girl who had been in the youth detention center for sex.
