SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) -

Buddy Forrester was sentenced to life in prison without parole, after he was convicted on 13 sex crimes in Worth County Superior Court, Thursday afternoon.

Judge Bill Reinhardt sentenced Forrester to life in prison without parole after he was convicted of rape. He was also sentenced to five life sentences for convictions of aggravated child molestation, and aggravated sexual battery.

He was sentenced to 20 years, consecutive, on two kidnapping counts.

Forrester was assaulted a woman and her daughter at their home on South Sumner Road in Worth County last July.

He stole their van, and was arrested in Virginia following a nationwide lookout.
