ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Folks concerned about a proposed natural gas pipeline that would run through Dougherty County can voice their opinions during a  meeting on Thursday.

The Sabal Trail Transmission Gas pipeline would pass through multiple South Georgia Counties.

Dougherty County Commissioners will met with Congressman Sanford Bishop. The  session is open to the public and will start at 10 am in room 100 at the Government Center on Pine Ave.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decides the final alignment for the proposed project on April 20th.
