Pastor charged with child molestation turns himself in

THOMAS COUNTY, GA (WALB) -

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has announced that Kevin Harrison, Jr., 34 of Hahira, GA and Pastor of Life, Power and Praise Church in Thomasville turned himself in Friday.

According to a release, Harrison turned himself in around 3:30 p.m. Friday. He now awaits a bond hearing.

Harrison has been charged with Child Molestation, Statutory Rape and Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes.

Investigators said the offenses took place in Thomas County over the past two years.
