SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) -

Sylvester Police Sgt. Kenneth Washington says a 14 year old juvenile has been charged with burglary after he was caught inside the Pizza Quick on East Franklin Street around midnight.

Sgt. Washington says officer Paul Klein was watching the building and saw the juvenile crawl through the same drive through window that was smashed from a previous burglary.

Officer Klein called and other officers joined him in surrounding the building where the juvenile was arrested.

The 14-year old has been sent to the RYDC in Crisp County.

Police are waiting on forensic evidence to see if the 14 year old was the person who broke into the Pizza Quick on March 30th and April 8th.

Sgt. Washington says the same juvenile and another juvenile were charged in August of last year with breaking in to the Pizza Quick.
