BERRIEN COUNTY, GA (WALB) -

Eight people involved in a Berrien County wreck are being treated at a hospital for injuries. 

The wreck happened at the intersection of Highway 168 and Highway135 in Berrien County.Georgia State Patrol troopers say Iliana Cardenas-Ortiz wasdriving a maroon Chevrolet Trail Blazer along highway 168 when she failed to yield striking Antonia Rincon in a Silver Dodge Van. Ortiz's trailblazer ended up on the shoulder of Highway 135. Eight people were involved in the wreck and have all been transported to the South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta for treatment. Troopers say charges are pending against Ortiz.
