SYCAMORE, GA -

Debra Pilkington was released on bond today.

She was tried twice for the murder of her husband. Last week, a second jury failed to reach a verdict in her case.

That jury and one in December both voted 11 to 1 for acquittal.

Morris Pilkington was shot in the head in the couple's Sycamore home last March.

The District Attorney has not decided whether to try Pilkington a third time.
