ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Demonta Price, his two brothers, Demetric and Kovarious, and Anthony Jackson and Fredrico Kennedy have all been inducted in Albany for the December murder of James Spurlock.

Demonta Price has been brought back to Albany from Tallahassee where he was arrested March 12.

They are also charged with robbing Richard Corley the same day that Spurlock was murdered, December 21.

"There is a belief beyond a reasonable doubt that the five persons were involved.  And we are going to move forward to trial.  The next step in this process is they will be arraigned," said D. A. Greg Edwards.

All five are in the Dougherty County jail, charged with murder, felony aggravated assault, armed robbery, firearms violations.
