FBI wants Maryland murder suspect

The FBI, Prince George's County (MD) Police Department and Metropolitan Police Department are asking for the public's help in finding Kahlil Malik Tatum, charged by the United States Attorney's Office in Maryland for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. 

Prince George's County Police charged Tatum in the murder of his wife Andrea Denise Tatum. 

Tatum is described as a black man, 5'7" tall and weighing about 170 pounds.  He has a distinctive tattoo on his left upper arm.  He is believed to be traveling with 8-year-old Relisha Tenau Rudd.  She is described as a black girl, weighing about 70 to 80 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. 

If you see Tatum or Relisha, call 911 immediately.  You can also contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. 

You could receive a reward of up to $70,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Tatum, and locating Relisha.  The FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the location and return of Relisha. 

The FBI is offering a separate reward of up to $20,000 for information that leads to Tatum's arrest. The Prince George's County, Maryland, Police Department is also offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to Tatum's arrest and indictment.

The FBI Baltimore and Washington Field Offices, Prince George's County (MD) Police Department and the Metropolitan Police Department are investigating the case.
