Crisp County unveiled their new elementary school today during a special open house and dedication event.
The new Crisp County Primary School will serve kindergarten through 3rd graders, and can hold 1300 students.
School officials say they'll have more space for meeting and small groups.
"We are so excited the building is finished. it's a beautiful place and another is opportunity. we have opportunities to do things that we have never done before," says Crisp Co. Superintendent Rhonda Hayes.
It's a 22 million dollar project paid through SPLOST funds. The school sits on about 264 acres leaving room for future projects.
