ABBEVILLE, GA (WALB) -

Investigators are searching for a suspected accomplice of a man during an armed robbery.

Abbeville Police say surveillance video shows 21 year-old Royhem Deeds entering the Dollar General on Main Street on November 23rd.

They say he had a gun and stole nearly $5,000 from the night manager's office.

Deeds was arrested following another robbery in Telfair a week later but officers still haven't located a man they say acted as a lookout during the crime.

They plan to question a store employee to see if he knows anything about the crime.

"We got a person we got warrants on that's probably gonna be turning himself in Monday, and me and the GBI Agent will be...probably gonna give him a polygraph and see if he can help us with the second suspect."

Chief Hendley says the lookout was about 5 feet 7inches tall with a small build. He stayed outside the store so they don't have good surveillance video of him.

Anyone with information is urged to call police.
