Death of doctor's ex-wife ruled a homicide

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WALB) -

The Medical Examiner of Leon County, FL has ruled the death of a Tallahassee woman as a homicide after reviewing autopsy results.

Officials said Samira Frasch was found dead in the swimming pool of her home on February 22nd.

No arrests have been made in the homicide investigation.

Frasch's ex-husband, Thomasville Podiatrist Adam Frasch has been in jail on unrelated charges.

Leon County Sheriff's Deputies said Frasch violated the terms of a bond release when investigators found commemorative firearms in his Tallahassee office.

Frasch was originally charged with interfering with child custody, and was released on bond with specific instructions to not contact his children or his ex-wife's attorneys. He was also ordered to wear a GPS ankle monitor.

Officials said he and Samira were going through a divorce.
