ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Thousands of people  were at the Exchange Club Fairgrounds for Wing Fest Saturday.

Reality TV star Honey Boo Boo was also there helping out with some of the kids activities.

There was lots of activities for families and live music. This is the fourth year for the festival, which benefits the Cancer Coalition of Southwest Georgia.

"Proceeds go to the Cancer Coalition of Southwest Georgia. They are here on site. They have the inflatable Colon. March is colon cancer awareness month so we have them being a part of it," says Director Rick Schneider.

Among the many festivities included a wing eating contest. Today's winner ate 12 wings in just two minutes.
