Wanted shooting suspect 'Snapper' turns himself in

VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

A suspected triggerman in a deadly Valdosta shooting has turned himself in to Police.

According to Valdosta investigators, Antoni Jevon Tippins, a.k.a. "Snapper" turned himself in Monday morning. He was wanted for the July 30, 2013 murder of Jarid Little, who was shot and killed while standing outside of the Gordon Food Mart at 209 West Gordon St.

Tippins was also wanted for an aggravated assault that Police say happened the same day on Esat Martin Luther King Drive.

He is currently in the Lowndes County Jail.
