Sylvester Walmart still taking applicants

WORTH CO., GA (WALB) -

The future Walmart in Sylvester is still hiring.

General managers say the number of people coming in to apply has slowed, but they are still looking for good candidates. They want to hire about 100 people.

Construction is on track for the grand opening on June 4th.

"Let everybody know, yes we are still taking applications. Forever and ever we'll take applications once we are in the new building and open and running," said Jennifer Calhoun, General Manager.

You apply online or at the Walmart hiring center on Main Street in Sylvester.
