HINESVILLE, GA (WTOC) -

The Liberty County School System held a special conference on Saturday to give parents more tools to become involved in their child's academic success.

The conference was held at the Liberty County Board of Education Office.

The LCSS shared information about the Title I Program and Services plus offer ways parents can partner with school staff to increase student learning.

A wide range of items on the agenda included the following topics:

• Avoid Homework Hassles
• Technology Resources
• Student Success Strategies
• Communication with Schools
• Math
• Test Taking Tips
• Build a Personalized Reading List for Your Child
