LEE COUNTY, GA (WALB) -

Lee County investigators are looking for a gun thief who was caught on camera.

Surveillance cameras recorded the walking around Backwoods Outdoors on Highway 19 around 3:00 a.m. Friday.

He checked to see if could get in a building behind the business, then focuses on a pickup truck. He broke in and stole about $10,000 worth of guns, knives, night vision hunting equipment, and cash.

Backwoods Outdoors Owner Jackie Sizemore said "It was locked. They took the back glass out. You know, you can lock them if you want to. They going to find a way in them. It is just getting bad now."

Sizemore noticed the theft Thursday afternoon.

Call the Lee County Sheriff's Office if you think you recognize the crook.
