The Albany Humane Society is getting a makeover thanks to some help from a national humanitarian group and national dog food company.
Oconee County deputies said a Westminster man is facing a new charge only a few weeks after being served with three criminal sexual conduct warrants.
Jimmy Watt of the sheriff's office said Casey Gaines, 35, was arrested earlier in February and charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor between the ages of 11 and 14.
Now, Gaines faces a new charge of criminal sexual conduct with a minor with a different victim, Watt said.
Gaines was turned over to the Oconee County Sheriff's Office by Newberry County deputies who were holding him on an unrelated charge on Thursday, according to Jimmy Watt of the sheriff's office.
He is being held without bond.
