SUMTER CO., GA (WALB) -

Gregory Leonard is in the Sumter County Jail tonight charged with DUI in a fatal crash Saturday night in Americus.

Tonight the Georgia State Patrol is asking for witnesses to come forward.

"Right now we are looking for any additional leads, we are collecting lab reports, also DOT reports from the traffic light, and we are looking for surveillance video from local stores in that area," says Senior Trooper William Cope.

Troopers say charges against Gregory Leonard could be upgraded. They say he pulled out in front of Sam Singletary's motorcycle at the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 3 Saturday night.
