Stil awaiting more forensic evidence in Paschal investigation

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Investigators are still waiting for more forensic evidence from the crime lab before ruling the death of a former Albany pediatrician suicide or homicide.

Coroner Michael Fowler says Investigators haven't gotten the results of gunshot residue tests back.

60-year old Tommy Paschal's body was discovered inside his Third Avenue home Tuesday.

He had been shot once in the mouth.

Four people remain in jail on separate robbery charges.

They were questioned in the death of Dr. Paschal.
