SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies said two Spartanburg brothers are accused of storming a woman's home and robbing her at gunpoint Sunday evening.

Spartanburg County deputies said the victim called 911 from her neighbor's home about 7 p.m. after the men fled from her Schirra Court home.

The woman told deputies she heard a knock at her door and when she opened it, one man shoved a gun in and the suspects forced their way inside.

The men pushed the woman into her home at gunpoint and one said "give it up" and "where's the money," according to the deputy's report.

One of the men forced the woman onto her knees, put the gun to her head and demanded to know where her money was and she told him she only had $5 in her purse, according to deputies.

The men grabbed her purse and cell phone and took off running, deputies said. The victim told investigators she was not sure if they left in a car so they tried searching for the men.

Deputies said they were able to identify the suspects as brothers 23-year-old Elvin and 20-year-old Tevin Humphries.

Deputies went to the Humphries' home and took statements. They said when they searched the home and car, they found items belonging to the victim. The Humphries were both charged with first-degree burglary, kidnapping and armed robbery.
