HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Governor Robert Bentley will make his third trip to Huntsville in as many days on Wednesday when he speaks at the Association of the United States Army Winter Symposium and Exposition.

The event kicks off at 8:00 Wednesday morning at the VBC.

Huntsville city leaders will release facts and figures about the costs and resources used to deal with recent winter weather.

Mayor Tommy Battle will speak at the Wednesday morning briefing along with EMA, police, fire and utility officials.

A $400 million powerball jackpot will be up for grabs with Wednesday's drawing.

Powerball is played in Tennessee and 42 other states.

The odds of matching all six numbers in the game are 1 in about 175 million, according to statistics of the nonprofit Multi-State Lottery Association whose members offer one or more of the association's games.
