One person has died and another is injured after Police say a truck crashed into a pole in Albany last week.
The crash happened February 12 around 1:35 a.m.
Albany Police say Costanza Williams, 36, was driving with his brother Petrochelli along the 2500 block of Rosebriar when the truck they were in hit a curb and then a pole.
According to a report, the truck caught fire and Costanza Williams died inside. His brother was able to escape and survived the crash.
Officials said the truck was traveling at a high rate of speed, and Costanza Williams was not wearing a seatbelt. Police noted Williams was the second fire victim of 2014.
