ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany pastor says he is praying for the burglar who broke into his church and stole a big screen television.

Liberty Parkway Church of God pastor Ralph Horne says someone threw a piece of asphalt through a window early Tuesday and stole a 60-inch T-V they kept in their educational building for the youth.

"We just hope that God will get ahold of them and will see and hear the word of God," said Horne.  "And their lives will be changed. And they will be more like him. Then we won't have to worry about this stuff."

The church is taking steps to improve their security.  They estimate it will cost more than $3000 to replace the TV.

If you have any information about this burglary, call CRIMESTOPPERS at 436-TIPS.
