Caught on camera: Battery at Cinnabon

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Albany Police are looking for a customer who they say threw a drink in the face of a store owner at the Albany Mall, and it was all caught on camera.

Police are trying to identify a man who was wearing a white shirt in the footage.

Officials say he wanted to change a drink order at the Cinnabon Monday.

But when owner Frank Ross told him he would have to pay for another drink, the customer picked up the full cup and threw it at Ross, bruising his face.

Police want to charge the man with battery. If you recognize him, call Albany Police or CrimeSTOPPERS AT 436-TIPS.
