THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

It's almost opening night for Brookwood School's performance of Seussical. The play brings a combination of many of Dr.Seuss's most famous books to life.

Doors will open on Friday at 8pm, there will be shows on Saturday and Sunday also at 8pm. Participants in the play say it's sure to grab the audience's attention from start to finish, actors will also be treating Thomasville Boys and Girls Club members to a special treat on Thursday at 4pm.

"It's a terrific experience especially when we see the looks on their faces, because of course we act as our characters and not as ourselves, and just to have the wonder in their eyes and just how excited they get when they see it," said actor Levin Jarrett.

The school donates tickets that club members are able to win through a competition. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students, you can purchase them at the school until Friday and at the door on opening night.
