The Georgia Bureau of Investigation believes the death of a couple in Sumter County Tuesday morning was a murder-suicide.
Agents says 68-year old Edward Pastizzo was found on the front porch of his Thrasher Road home and his wife 66-year old Anne Pastizzo was found inside the home by their son.
Pastizzo is believed to have shot his wife and then called his son and told him he had done a bad thing before he shot himself.
Special-Agent-in-Charge Danny Jackson says autopsies will be performed on both on Wednesday.
Jackson says investigators still don't know what led to Pastizzo to shoot his wife.
