Bio Buzz owner indicted again for selling synthetic marijuana

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

A man that police had long suspected of selling synthetic marijuana has now been indicted again by grand jury.

Stephen Allen Bradford was indicted on six counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Investigators said Bradford was selling "Spice" out of his store, Bio Buzz on Slappey Blvd. in Albany.

"They should really take a look at what they are selling," said Dougherty D.A. Greg Edwards. "And we will prosecute those stores that are distributing this substance."

The indictment comes one year after Bradford was also indicted on the same charges, and three years after drug agents seized thousands of packages of "Spice."

The District Attorney says the future of his business will be determined following his trial.
