Albany hit and run victim released from hospital

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany woman who suffered multiple broken bones in a hit and run attack Friday morning is home from the hospital now,  as police continue to search for the man accused of running her down.

27-year old Jessica Paris was hit twice by a white Chevrolet Malibu outside Coach's Bar and Grill off Dawson Road.

Police say Gary Potter was driving that Malibu.

Police took warrants charging him with aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

Investigators say Potter was ordered to leave the bar because of an argument.

They say he backed his car into Spears and 59 -year old Tony Harrell, Senior... Then he drove the car forward over them.
