WORTH CO., GA (WALB) -

Georgia State Patrol has released the name of the driver of the semi truck involved in a fatal crash at the intersection of Hwy. 112 and Shingler Road in Worth County Friday night.

The driver is 44-year-old Gary Jamar Brinkley of Hazlehurst Georgia. He was treated and released from Tift Regional Hospital Friday night. He drives for Tiger Creek Transport out of Tarrytown Georgia.

Officials said Jake Williams died at the scene around 5:30 Friday evening. 81-year-old Charles Lunsford was airlifted to a hospital in Macon where he died late Friday night. 

Investigators say Lunsford pulled into the path of the semi Brinkley was driving north on the highway.

The semi crashed into Lunsford's pickup, and the oncoming pickup Williams was driving.
