ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The search continues by Albany Police for a man they have taken arrest warrants for in a hit and run that seriously injured two people.

It happened outside of Coach's Sports Bar and Grill on Dawson Road just after midnight.

Officials said a man identified as Gary Potter left the restaurant after getting into a fight inside, then got into his car and backed up into and hit two people in the parking lot. Police say he then stopped, put his car in drive and ran over the two people again.
Gary Potter has been charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery. He was last seen driving a white Chevrolet Malibu.

The victims have been identified as Jessica Paris, 27, and Tony Harrell Sr., 59.

Paris and Harrell were taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Paris is listed in fair condition, suffering 4 broken ribs, a fractured hip and a punctured lung.

Harrell was treated and released with minor hand injuries.
