ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

"Be careful...strong advice."

Lance Larsen knows cold weather when it hits, this is the 3rd time he has experienced temperatures this frigid in over 10 years.

"Once before in Rome in 1993 there was a blizzard, then another in 1998 which was worse, I'll never forget." (Does this remind you of that time?) "Yes, it does," Larsen said.

The arctic blast is forcing a lot of people to stay indoors including those who normally ride the bus in the morning.

(Are you going be here tomorrow morning?) "No, I'm not." (What are you going to do instead?) "Stay at home and try to stay warm," Bus passenger Eleanor Kitchens said.

However, there are still some who are ready to brave these cool breezes, like Lafayette Fillmore, he just moved back from Detroit and says nothing will stop him from his walk around town.

"I do it every morning," Fillmore said.

Not even 17 degree weather.

"I'm going to be enjoying every moment," Fillmore continues. "Put on some jogging shorts and everything and go exercise, this weather feels like summer to me."

Whether you're enjoying the cold temperatures or just waiting for it to be over, Fillmore has one piece of advice. @

"You better dress real good."
