LEESBURG, GA (WALB) -

A Leesburg Police officer remains on administrative leave more than two months after he shot and killed a suspect.

GBI agents tell us they're still testing evidence in the shooting of 42 year old Tracye Clyde.      Officer Monterey Moody shot him on October 22nd.

Police were looking for Clyde in connection with a violent armed robbery. Investigators say when Moody found him at a vacant house, Clyde fought with the officer who shot him.

GBI agents aren't sure when their final report will be ready to turn over to the District Attorney.
