New Bojangles' now open on Airport Thruway

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

After several months of construction, the second Bojangles' in Columbus is now open at 2883 Airport Thruway. The new business is expected to create up to 60 jobs.

The Columbus area Bojangles' restaurants are the venture of an entrepreneurial family comprised of three sisters and their father—Courtney Hill Stallings, Kimberly Hill Hayden, Elizabeth Hill Hadley, and Robbie Hill, Jr. Their family business is called 3HS Operations, LLC.

"Columbus kind of reminds us very much of home." Says Courtney Hill Stallings, Bojangles' co-owner. "We really enjoy the military aspect of it, and we really just feel Columbus is a great town. The town has really embraced us, and we feel very comfortable here. We think Bojangles' is just a spectacular fit."

Columbus' first Bojangles opened in March on Schomburg Rd. 3HS Operations plans to open a third Bojangles' on Victory Dr. and N. Lumpkin Rd. in spring of next year.
