ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Kids can enjoy some fun at the Albany Museum of Art while parents hit the mall.

The Museum hosted its Drop and Shop event Friday and will do it again Saturday. Parents can drop off their kids at the museum for a few hours while they finish up Christmas shopping.

"This is just a fun time. The kids can kind of cut loose. There out of school. They can come and do some fun arts and crafts at the art museum," said Allison Starr, Instructor.

Drop and Shop continues Saturday from 8:30 a.m. till noon. Santa is expected to make a visit.

Admission is $25 for members and $30 for non-members.
