ATLANTA, GA (WALB) -

Thirteen year old Dustin Hammonds was taken off life support at Eggleston Children's Hospital in Atlanta Monday afternoon. He was pronounced dead at 2:44PM.

He'd been hospitalized since last Tuesday when he shot himself at his home in Doles.

Dustin's family is now making arrangements for his organs to be donated.

Friends of the family say Dustin was the victim of bullying and they've launched a campaign to raise awareness to the problem.

A Justice for Dustin candlelight vigil will be held at 6:30 Tuesday night at Jeffords Park in Sylvester.

There will be a celebration of his life on Wednesday at 4:00PM at Northside Baptist Church in Sylvester.
