It's another country season of Christmas at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College's Museum of Agriculture and Historic Village.

This year's Wiregrass Christmas features Victorian dessert sampling and traditional Christmas and Bluegrass music on farmhouse porches.

The Saturday event runs from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and offers fun for all ages.

Beginning at 1 p.m., visitors can sample Victorian desserts as they tour the farmhouses in the Historic Village. There will be Christmas story readings at the Knight Cabin.

The Wiregrass Craft Circle will be creating Christmas ornaments and paper stamping with young visitors from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Visitors will also get to try their hand at making their own Christmas cards. Cane grinding and syrup making will be showcased at the Gibbs Farm with grinding beginning at 9 a.m., and cooking at 11 a.m.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for senior citizens and $5 for children over four years of age.  Children four and under will be admitted at no charge.
