ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Traffic on the Liberty Expressway may see some delays. Drivers are asked to be cautious in that area as signs and barrels or cones will be set out shifting traffic.

Georgia DOT crews will be closing one lane for westbound traffic as they continue work on the interchange reconfiguration.

Crews are placing overhead signs for the closing of exit ramp 5B.

The ramp will be relocated to Exit 5A.

Meanwhile, the traffic light at liberty and Jefferson is expected to be fully operational Thursday.
