FLORENCE, KY (FOX19) -

B-105 DJs are camping out for 54 hours to collect donations for Toys For Tots.

It is the fifth year of what is called "Camp Carr for Kids," where the three morning show DJs, Chris Carr, Maverick and Stattman set up camp at Turfway Park. They invite anyone to come down to hang out and donate a new, unwrapped toy to Camp Carr, benefiting the Toys for Tots Foundation.

"Nothing is stopping the B-105 audience and Chris Carr and Company from making sure every child in the Tri-State has a toy this Christmas! We'll be hunkered down camping out at Turfway Park with the U.S. Marines until our mission is complete," said Carr.

All donations are going directly to Toys For Tots, a foundation that allows less fortunate children to experience the joy of Christmas through an annual toy collection and distribution.
