Agents arrested two people on drug charges after searching a
home in Morgan County.
On Tuesday, Dec. 10, agents responded to a residence on the
900 block of Main Street W. in Hartselle after receiving tips of drug activity
at the home.
Investigators located marijuana and prescription pills inside
the home along with drug paraphernalia.
Authorities arrested James Douglas Oden and Tamra Dunn. Both
were arrested and transported to the Morgan County Jail.
Oden was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a
controlled substance, and illegal attempt to purchase
ephedrine/pseudoephedrine. His bond was set at $7,800.
Dunn was charged with unlawful possession of drug
paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $300.
Agents previously made numerous arrests at the residence in
Nov. 14 for drug related offenses and loitering.
