BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Out of thousands of employees who entered the ‘Voice of McDonald's' contest, a woman from southeast Louisiana is now one of three finalists from the United States.

Krystal Parker of Central belted out a song at the McDonald's Christmas party Tuesday night. She dominated the national singing competition put on by the fast food giant.

Now, she'll compete in Orlando with singers from around the world.

"I feel happy, I feel blessed, I feel ready," Parker said. "I feel like I'm about to be the voice for millions and millions of people."

The world-wide McDonald's finals are happening in April. If she is voted as the global fan favorite, Parker wins $5,000.
