Operations Manager Kenneth Johnson says it was one of the three remaining buildings left to renovate and with the decay over the years, the roof finally collapsed.
Johnson says they'll have an engineer out sometime Tuesday to access the damage.
Part of Jackson Square reopened in July of 2012, under new ownership. Part of the shopping center was renovated and 20 new businesses opened their doors, including a skating rink.
